We are committed to delivering abayas that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If there is ever an issue with your order, we will always do our best to resolve it in a fair and respectful manner. Please review the guidelines below regarding exchanges and refunds.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only in the event that the abaya arrives with a damage or defect caused during production on our side. Once the issue is confirmed, we will gladly arrange an exchange for you.
Since each abaya is specially prepared, the replacement piece will be produced as a new order, and the exchange process may take 7–10 working days from the date the exchange request is approved.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

If the abaya arrives damaged or defective due to our production, or

If the delivery time exceeds 10 working days from payment confirmation.
Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be transferred through Fawran bank transfer to the same phone number provided by the customer at the time of the order.
