Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our store. Each abaya is carefully prepared with attention to detail to ensure it meets the measurements and quality you expect. Please review our delivery guidelines below so your experience with us remains smooth and pleasant.

Order Preparation Time
All orders are prepared within 14–21 working days after payment confirmation. As our pieces are carefully handled and checked before dispatch, we appreciate your patience while we ensure the best quality.

Delivery & Size Checking
Your order will be delivered at a convenient time so you can comfortably check the abaya and confirm that the measurements match the details provided in your order.

If Adjustments Are Needed
If the measurements do not match the sizes submitted in your order, or if there is any issue with the abaya, the delivery representative will kindly wait outside so the item can be returned immediately for complimentary alteration.

Checking Time
To keep deliveries running smoothly for all customers, the delivery representative will wait at the door for up to 20 minutes while the abaya is being checked.

Additional Pickup Fee
If more than 20 minutes are needed, the delivery representative may need to continue with other deliveries. In this case, a pickup fee of 40 QAR will apply for the item to be collected later for alteration.

Measurement Responsibility
Customers are kindly requested to ensure that all measurements provided during the order process are accurate. If an abaya has been produced according to the submitted measurements but adjustments are required due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, alteration and additional delivery charges may apply.
